Adding LED to MOD Electronics project

I’m building the MOD Electronics Trill Tremolo project from Amplified Parts, and I’d like to add an LED to indicate when the pedal is on. Can anyone help with how this is done? I’m including the Final assembly drawing for reference. DPDT stomp switch. Thanks!

If you don't want to use a 3PDT you'll have to look into some form of millenium bypass arrangement.

You'll need to replace the footswitch with a 3 pole one.
Add a CLR to the positive voltage rail. Then wire the led like the center pole here

Only difference is possibly the ground. Just run ground to the pole of the led.
The grounding scheme in your layout is kinda odd. I don't see a circuit ground

It looks like it's using the enclosure as ground, assuming those mounting ears are connected to the eyelets like it appears.

TTBOMR That's pretty common for the ModKits tagboard builds, the enclosure being part of the ground.

Well this is going to pale in comparison to the arcane sorcery that precedes it, but maybe some folks haven't seen this trick. It's straightforward true-bypass wiring that I like to use it on perf and vero builds because it saves me the trouble of worrying about where to stick the status LED's CLR. 1/8-watt, of course.
