Another Sunflower Thread

So this is my first build, the Sunflower fuzz. I got everything together and tested it out. It received power, the signal went through while off, but nothing when turned on. I thought I could make better connection with the transistors and ended up breaking one in the process . So this is where I am at with no germaniums in. Is there anything obviously off here?

I plan on re-doing the switch while waiting for the new transistors to come in, but besides that, anything obvious?

I am dumb and did not flip the pedal over, and also I had one transistor in wrong. I was able to solder half a leg back onto a germanium, enough that I tested it, and IT WORKS. Mods can lock or delete this. Don't be dumb like me. ?
