Built this yesterday afternoon, quick and easy to put together.

Given its relatively low parts count, it's quite versatile and certainly seems to squash the signal more obviously than the Tso (my gold standard for unobtrusive compression).

I prefer it on guitar for now, as bass seems more squashed from the get-go. No doubt more time spent with bass will yield more useful settings for my own purposes, nonetheless a worthwhile and rewarding build in its own way.
