I got this board some time ago and sat on it for years.
When I found it in my stash I had to try to remember why I got it hahaha.
But one look at the MojoHand website reminded me, it's supposed to be a Gilmour tribute.
I have to admit it has taken me some time to warm up to this fuzz. It sounds like it has way too much gain to fit the description from MojoHand.
It's supposed to be a Muff style circuit that's less compressed and more "open" sounding.
I'm just not getting that. It sounds like a Muff to me.
But the more I played with the sustain level, and the "color" knob and tone knob, I'm finding that I'm really digging this pedal.
While you can get some Gilmour-esque tones out of it, it's definitely not a Gilmour-in-a-box type pedal.
This is one of those pedals that I've had to wrangle with for a while before finding settings that work for me. But once there, I'm really digging it.
Again, for a non-fuzz guy.....
This is an older board in the PPCB catalog but definitely worth building!
