Any true stereo circuit (chorus?) to implement after a dual mono drive?

Using two GuitarPCB "Mini-Me' chorus boards, I assembled the Stereophonic Gizmotronic Symphonic Harmonic Perambulator Dual Chorus. It's rather bombastic in its flexibility.

A smaller pedal approach would be to use (as Robert pointed out) a PedalPCB Binaura - a true stereo FV-1 based build. Note that the stereo capability is also patch dependent. I have some stereo FV-1 patches if you want.

If you mean true stereo output (not phase inverted stereo) then the Aion Blueshift (Boss Dimension C clone) is your best bet. If you need stereo input too, I believe Aion hinted that the Blueshift would be upgraded to a full stereo version later this year
Man, I really hope he does add a full stereo blueshift soon! That'd save me buying a DC-2W for the stereo board I'm building.

Why bother? Building the mono version already sets you back 100,- (see build doc) and you only have seven settings. This while the waza has 20 settings, and you can get one for less than 150,- used. Cram it in a new box by your own design, and you have a superior product for about the same price. One that's with buttons instead of toggles as well.
