This is why I never got into tiktok. It's all gross food ideas and home repair hacks that will cost you more time, money, or personal safety than just doing it right. It's amazing what people will do and purchase to avoid using a knife and cutting board/ pot and pan.

If you really hate soldering, and have $40,000 knocking around, an ultrasonic welder is what you really want:

The welds look weak, but they're by far the strongest & most reliable splice joints in the business. Your wire will fail long before you can pry the strands apart.
