Had a friend who inherited a "free" house — turned out there were massive amounts of back-taxes owed, years of them, and it was not quite such a good deed, indeed in debt for a while, but the house is paid off now after borrowing money from his inlaws...




Forgot to mention a TIP for the alligator-clip, folks!
I find the SIP pin can be too long, so I cut the pin down a wee bit so it's just enough to catch in the PCB-hole easily, and that makes clipping and removal easier too.

I have to get around to it but plan on mating a pair together so I can actively test my 3pdt for borking, when I use a pcb.
