Best non-dirt pedal you've built

It’s funny to me, because I’ve yet to regularly use a dirt pedal I’ve built, (or ones I’ve bought…) except for several fuzzes. I guess I’m crazy for mod pedals, because I have trouble deciding which ones to not use.

That said, I end up really loving the “dirt“ that comes from the mod pedals, when the depth is turned down very low, (less so with the designs that incorporate a blend control). Basically, being overdriven. (I have them after my various boosts, largely because of this.) Although, I also really love the mods with the depth set so that they are more apparent also. Rates almost always dirge slow for the low depth usage.

But so far, pedals that seem to have stuck around are the Ceasar Chorus, Mesmerizer, Phase II, and Low Tide. Deep Blue is much better sounding than it has a right to be, and I’m expecting to really like General Tso when I get it finished. And the Transcendence is absolutely not dirt. It replaced the Holy Fire (48v boost plus, had been my #1 boost for a long time).
