Hello everyone,

i started my first pedal and overall i´m quite happy with it.The pedal does work, however there are two things that i would like to improve. First one, there is a popping noise issue by switching the pedal. Second, when i touch the treble control( shaft from the pot), it does add noise, similar to a grounding issue on a guitar. On the remaining pots, the noise is a lot lower. Anyone has faced similar problems on this pcb?

The popping issue is common to a lot of builds, search for "pull down resister & popping 3PDT".

Check solder joints on the treble control.

That's all I've got, for now.

thanks for the tips. i checked the recommended posts and the pcb as well but i couldn't find any issue, so i tried to replace the capacitors. big mistake, i ended up burning out the pcb ;(. so i will try for a second time with a new pcb.
