It's been a very long time since I've been able to build a one-off pedal for myself. After borrowing my bandmate's Schaffer Replica pedal (2 knob) I decided to order the Closed Circuit board from PedalPCB and make my own.

I'm not gonna lie to you guys, I'm really proud of the design of this one 😂. The name, the font, the beef!

I filmed this demo which will hopefully post here. Youtube blocked it! This is my Les Paul into the pedal into my Friedman Little Sister. You're hearing a UK Celestion Vintage 30 mic'd up with an SM57. I meant to mic the Creamback but...that didn't happen :(

Full disclosure, when I first built it I accidentally installed the optocoupler backwards and the limiter knob did nothing. I flipped it and it was good to go, though I really don't care much for what it does. Maybe I fried it.

This is a Tayda matte gray sand enclosure which I really, really like the look of. However I have barely handled it and it's already chipping at the screws...

Damn, I put my headphone amp in the same enclosure and the finish has held up to a lot of abuse. I hope yours is a fluke because I also like the look quite a bit. It's probably my favorite of the tayda matte sand offerings.

Great stuff on the build and demo. Rockin’ all over the world, as the song goes 🎸

Just finished watching the Led Zep documentary for the second time as it happens. Love hearing Les Pauls at any time of the day or night.

Love the font and that 3D effect on the lettering. I used Gibson SG witch hat style knobs over a plain black enclosure on my first build of one of these. I have another in the works that will look like the cover of their Bonfire disc set whenever the weather warms up enough to put the clear coat on.

The Angus sound is so distinct that youtube will flag anything you play. A chord? Blocked
