Bob Britt Guitar Identification

I went to see Bob Dylan play last week and thought his voice was on point and his backing band was heavy in the pocket the entire show. I believe Bob Britt plays this guitar, he played it on "Key West" and the tone was just incredible to my ear. I know the amp has a lot to do with it as well, but man did this geet sing!

Anybody able to identify this guitar? It looks like a Danelectro, if so, which one?

If it's really a "'57" (model, not year), then why on earth would the bridge be swapped out from capable intonation to the wood "close-enough" of old?

I'm going to say with the cracks in the pickguard (which has no "D"), the colouration of the knobs...

I think it's a vintage Danelectro-made Silvertone 1303 (the U2 in the Danelectro catalogue), though it may be the reissue of the Silvertone 1303.

Good observation, I was looking at the dual. or what appear to be dual, pots.

I think they are dual; after reading your post I took another look at the knobs and noticed the dots I missed the first time.
The neck side concentric has dots askew, while the bridge-side knobs' indicators are lined up.
 
@Feral Feline wow, just wow! Incredible eye and knowledge. After looking at quite a few pictures and my hazy memory of the headstock during the show after too many G&T's, it definitely looks 99% like the Silvertone U2. Posted on this on a few other sites, PPCB comes through again.
 
Does he still have Charlie Sexton on guitar? That guy slays me. Last time I saw Dylan he had Mavis Staples opening for him (!!!!) and although the band was on point he was playing mostly piano and singing a lot of jazz standards and leaning on a gold plated mic stand. Was kinda weird but good to see him none the less.
 
Naw, Doug Lancio. His band was incredible, Bob played piano the entire time. I had tickets to see James Brown and he died two days before the concert I was going to see him at. I'm almost 40, so for the past 2 decades I've been seeing every well known act I possibly can, so I don't have regrets of not seeing a band play. I'm not a massive Bob Dylan fan, though I enjoy a lot of his music, but the fact he is still alive, making music, and touring, I just had to see him at least once.
