Breakout board on Angry Waffle?

Ahoy hoy,

I'm building a hot cake clone.

On the PCB are the positive connections for both jacks.

I typically use the breakout boards and wire the jacks to that.

Do I wire the jacks to the PCB and ignore the places on breakout board for the jacks? Do I wire both?

What's the plan on this one please?

Looks like it only uses two poles of the 3PDT, I would just wire the switch sans the breakout board
