Breakout board

I apologize if this is a question which has been asked, i just purchased some breakout boards and am wondering about the two pads on the bottom end. one looks to go to switch and the other to pin 2. Also, i see 2 unlabeled pads on either side of the 4 labeled ones, are these grounds? thanks.

Sounds like you ordered the boards for a foot switch with LED ring, can you post a pic? The two unlabeled on either side of label go to the in and out jack tips

If those are in fact the ones you ordered (unintentionally) you can still use them as normal, just install a small jumper wire across the two pads at the bottom.

Those breakout boards are designed to work with the 3PDT switches that have a built-in LED.
