Buggfx Daydream no wet signal

Hi all, happy Thanksgiving!

I am a noob and I need help troubleshooting. I purchased the Buggfx Daydream with the pre-soldered FV1. This is the first build I've had trouble with, so I am trying to learn how to figure out where the problem is.

The pedal gets power, LED comes on, and I get a dry signal both switched on and off. When switched on, the volume knob works, but I get no effects and the other controls do nothing. When I turn up the Mix knob, I get no wet signal, just less and less dry signal the higher I turn it.

I made an audio probe and started tracing from the input. I get signal all the way up to legs 1 and 2 of the FV1, but no output on leg 28. I have checked the voltage and I am getting 3.3v on legs 6, 8 and 13, and 3.3v on 16/17 (depending on toggle position) and also 3.3v on leg 23.

So I am getting signal up to the FV1 and it is receiving power, but no audio output. I will post some pics in case it helps. I do not see any obvious shorts but my soldering definitely isn't perfect.

Thanks for any advice!

Thanks for the reply. My meter doesn't have a frequency setting. I lifted R5 and I now get a wet signal.
Sounds like an issue with the eeprom or interconnects to it
That's the internal programs you are hearing.
Pull the eeprom(note, they are ESD sensitive) and test for 3.3v, ground and check resistance to the legs 6/14 and 7/15 eeprom/fv-1.
I wouldn't use diode mode here. Use resistance. Some meters output 5 volts on diode mode and that could damage the FV1.
