Can anyone identify this board

Have a circuit board and two chips given to me in a box of misc parts with an amp I just bought. Was wondering if anyone can identify the board so I might get be able to find a build guid for it? Looks like a delay going by the controls.

The only identifiers on the board seem to be MBP and ZPDD

Any ideas?
