SOLVED Cast Iron Fuzz barely audible

Working on a build of the new offering Cast Iron Fuzz (Lollar Fuzz). Works in bypass but when effect engaged, the fuzz sounds great but is barely audible. Using A1015 transistors per the board.

@Robert, when you have a chance, can you provide build docs, most notably the board components (since the board is now populated and I need a reference to verify correct components) and a schematic?

If anyone sees anything incorrect, any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

How do you like this one compared to a standard Muff?

It doesn't look like it should sound any different (aside from the PNPs) but to my ears there's something different about it.

BTW in case you're curious about the "Direct out", it's literally just a second output jack hard wired directly to the input jack.

Upper right resistor row on the board I think you have a 100R where is should be a 100K

Nice catch, I missed that one.

I like it. Compared to a standard type muff, it seems to clip a bit more sputtier, and to my ears that’s the difference with this one.

This is the first build where I’ve used A1015s. Surprisingly I had some left over from an electronic components starter box from Amazon I picked up a few years ago when i first got into pedal building.
