SOLVED Cataclysm Delay Problem

It will pass a signal but I get no delay. None of the controls work. It just sounds like the bypass tone. Checked for solder bridges and anything else out of the ordinary. Maybe someone can spot something in the pics that I don't see.

The only value I strayed a bit from was to use a 120 pf cap for C24 instead of 100 p, as I was out of that value.
