SOLVED Cataclysm Delay w/ 2Khz noise

New pedal builder here. Finishing up my fourth pedal, I've finally hit a problem and my luck has run out. I made the Cataclysm Delay and everything functions properly except there is a steady 2Khz noise happening. It's only when the pedal is on. It doesn't matter if it's inside or outside the box. I've tried powering with a 9v battery and it's still there. I've swapped out the tl072 opamp. The PT chip is getting 5.2 volts on the first pin and 2.6 volts on the second pin. I've run out of ideas on my own and I'm hoping you wonderful ppl can take a look at these pics and we'll get it sorted out.
Thank you in advance!

I had an issue like this with an overdrive once. Turned out it was a bad electrolytic cap. I discovered the bad cap simply by touching them all, and hearing the tone change on the bad one. Try touching the caps or the solder traces and you might luck out and find it without the probe.
Now you said it, it reminds me I had exactly that issue a few years ago!

Tried this with both my plastic poker and my finger. No luck. Thanks though! It feels like a bad cap in my gut. Maybe the giant 220nf I got from eBay that is literally the first cap in the circuit. I'll get this locked down and report back for sure. I appreciate the adult supervision ya'll!

WOOT WOOT!! Solved it last night!

I figured it was in the preamp section since you could pull the PT chip and it was still there. So after randomly pulling a few suspect caps to reach a pot and only making the problem worse I was beginning to get worried about my incompetence. So I waited for my audio probe parts. While waiting I redid the switch and wires as well as the output jack that was grounding out. Once my audio probe parts arrived it was two days of probing with the schematic and pulling resistors and caps until it was just a faint noise. Then I tried swapping the opamp (which I had tried multiple time before) and it was clean as a whistle!! My only guess is that it was multiple parts failing / out of spec and contributing to the noise. Great sounding pedal! Thanks for the support!
AUDIO PROBE FTW!!!!
