Ceasar Chorus Not Chorusing

Hi all, I just put together a Ceasar Chorus. I get bypass fine, but when I turn on the pedal, the rate LED is steady and there is no chorusing at all. The preamp is working, and it sounds good, but none of the knobs do anything, nor does the switch. I'm using NOS MN3102/3207 chips from Small Bear. I normally use the cool audio chips but I wanted to try these out. I have the chips socketed and the effect is the same with them removed. I don't have another set on hand to try.

The pedal setup is kinda weird so I had to take it apart to troubleshoot, and I don't have functional pics. I'll have to remake it to be able to troubleshoot. I'm just looking for a ballpark place to start based on the lack of chorusing.

Actually, the blend knob does change sound when turned all the way CCW or CW. It's like it removes the preamp EQ when turned all the way.

If the rate LED is steady then the LFO is not running. Look around there to see for wrong components etc. Also check the voltages on the op ap that drives the LFO

I had the same thing, then I noticed I put the ICs the wrong way around
might be stupid but could be something to check

I'll check it out. I read up on the NOS mn chips and apparently some of them can be chinese counterfeit, copying the original labels. I'll order a set of cool audio chips and try them out.

My first attempt was using some BL chips that were noisy as hell but the circuit was working.
I swapped them with Cool Audio chips and it solved the noise problem
