Who would like to guess how many times me saying “cheeeeeeeeesssssseeeeeeeeemonger’’, was edited out? A few slipped by and I believe it makes this video the highlight of the last four videos. This is the cheesemonger fuzz, airbrushed in a metallic red and then painted with Testors acrylic paint. This was built way back in May of 2020 and then painted on June 15th, 2020 and then sat on the shelf until 2024. It is an interesting sounding fuzz, it is not really my ball of wax but I had some fun with it. The build was not particularly challenging, the only issue was soldering the 2p4t switch first then setting it into the enclosure with the pots installed. This was the best way, in my mind, to solder the pots in without any undo pressure on the joints. The metallic red black is really cool to see up close and tried my best to capture it.
