Is the drill template for this one available yet?

If it becomes available, will the drill template change (besides the diameter of the drilled hole) if using the 3PDT switch board instead of the 4P3T board?

Nope, no difference aside from the diameter. I'll get the toggle breakouts in the next PCB order.
