Hi all,
This is my first Pedalpcb build, and the first pedal I have built in about 20 years! Midlife crisis demanded a new hobby...
I built 2 of the original Chop Shops, one as a gift. Part selection was based on aesthetics more than anything.
J201s are SMD and selected IDSS values were about 700uA and 550uA for Q1 and Q2 respectively.
I implemented MattG's v5.1 relay switching system which works beautifully. I also decided to try connectors on this build to see how I like them.
Overall I'm quite happy with how they turned out. I still need to label them but they are essentially complete.
Thanks to Pedalpcb, a very enjoyable build.
