Hi there, so I got my kit at Musikding, built the device, very smooth building, really liked the design of the pcb and the pcb for the 3PDT is a great detail. I got the dead spot in the tone knob but I already was aware of the problem and gonna try the 10K resistor solution. But there's another bug that I don't know how to fix or where does it comes from: the overall gain I can get, with the volume pot all the way up is just a tiny bit below unity gain, and the distortion reacts very oddly, if you hit the strings hard, you can hear how the distorted sound goes off as the sound decays, and the signal gets clean when it's not loud enough... like if there was a dry/wet treshold or something. I'm clueless about it as I'm not really into electronics, so... if it makes any sense for anyone, please let me know! Thank you!

Well it's solved yet. Opened the box to get a picture of it and just noticed one of the legs of the IC was unsoldered. So guys, always remember to solder ALL the components and ALL the lugs at the pcb as it seem to be important somehow
