Circulator (Grand Orbiter)

I have assembled this pedal but it is not working. Very little change when any knob is turned or switch is changed. The resonance pot is almost acting like a volume. I know it is pretty vague but any advice on where to start trouble shooting would be great.

Go back and reflow some of your soldering. Most of it looks great. The toggle switch and the C1M pot pin 1. Solder needs to flow through the board, careful with the switch ( check the two pins on the right. Check all your parts to make sure everything is right. Take voltages, see if your oscillator is working.

I reflowed everything that looked questionable. I even swapped the chips just to make sure. I am not sure how to check the "oscillator". I should be focused on the TL072's right?

Can you see of you have a solid connection from your footswitch to the PCB conectors. This may be perfectly fine, but I do put more solder on my footswitch daughterboard so that the switches are solidly encased in solder. IMG_7018.jpg

double check the lower toggle, it's missing solder on two of the pins. Those kind of jacks are not good quality unless they're genuine switchcraft. It's ok to use 1uf MLCC if you can't fit films nicely. The Wima 50v 1uf film are the way to go if you want to use film. Make sure you sourced the chips from a reputable place (not amazon). Build an audio probe and watch a vid on how to use it

Take voltage readings on all your ICs. On the LM 1700s, some voltages will fluctuate up and down. Here is an example of how each pin is numbered on all your ICs. Go down one side and up the other. Please don't go desoldering things randomly. You have audio, Don't put more heat on the stomp if you don't have to. Right now, it's not an issue.

These are the readings. I am not sure what they are supposed to be other than trying to match the Vref to the right pin from the schematic. Sorry for my lack of understanding. I appreciate any insight as it is a learning opportunity for me.
