It would probably be better to start your own troubleshooting thread.
In general, make sure you have 35v+ rated caps.
In lieu of a new thread, do you have an audio probe setup?
If so, is the noise present at this node?

If it is, try touching a electro cap across D105. Something between 6.8u and 68u, 35v+ rated.
+To anode, -to cathode/ground.
Conversely, use a 1n4749 in d105 as over voltage protection but you must absolutely make sure you have bigger caps
Also. Those power section caps need to be of moderate quality with low/no esr. 6 cent caps may be too leaky.
