Cleaver boost don’t have a 2n5458 but I have a 2n5457

I’m looking to get the cleaver boost I almost have everything except the BOM asks for a 2n5458 I don’t have that I have a 2n5457. My question is if I can substitute it for a 2n5457 and if so do I have to adjust trim 1 & 2 and r2 and r5? And which values would I have to adjust them to to make this work?
