Today I thought "wouldn't it be nice to just design a layout for my knobs and stuff on a computer program and send it to a CNC so I can change layouts around as I wish rather than wasting time on templates, or even worse, spending what seems like an hour drilling out each enclosure checking each holes alignment after every step so they end up perfect like I do now?"
So then I posted on the cnc subreddit where the response was a wholly relevant "you fucking idiot just use jigs I know you came to the cnc sub but gtf over to the jig sub pleb"
So.. who has experience with inexpensive cnc's?
Bonus: I don't have a 3d printer and prefer to work with my hands, but I will learn fusion or etc if it means I can just spend time playing on the computer and not worrying about accuracy while drilling
Thanks for your understanding in these trying times. May I offer you an egg?
