Completely Silent Squidward

I made another post about this but it was a confusing mess. Here is where I am at. I have reflowed all of my connections and cleaned my PCB (until I ran out of alcohol) the pedal turns on and lights up and bypasses signal fine, but when its turned on everything goes completely silent. I think I have too high of voltage all over Q2, can you guys help me figure out where I went wrong?

Fixed, thanks and thanks again.
Congrats! Nothing more frustrating than a pedal that doesn't work after putting all that time in inhaling lead fumes hunched over a hot soldering iron. There is a good workflow thread on here you should check out if you are new. I would take the fluxing everything part with a grain of salt, but the rest is very helpful. If you don't have a multi-meter get one because they are extremely cheap and it will save you a lot of trouble. I started testing each individual component with a MM before soldering it to the board to make sure the values were correct. While it adds a little time to the build, it saves an exponential amount of time in the long run by avoiding putting the incorrect value or nonfunctional component on the board.,
