First time up here. I have successfully built several projects, good stuff. The composition of the boards are very well suited to using organic solder and washing and doing best practice.. I have noticed that "no clean" does not tidy up well unless you resort to naptha. I am wondering if the cool black finish is different from other board surface types, it likes to stay sticky. This is an observation, not a criticism, I love your stuff, I will support you from here on.
I sometimes add pots from trim pots, I have been cutting strip board soldering it via pins to the trimmer traces then using a .kk header to fly the pot out to the panel. I was thinking that an idea like that or similar would be an idea for a utility board. I would think you have master builder/ modders that do this sort of thing routinely.
