Dark Rift Delay not working

Hi all, as title say I have trouble with a Dark Rift pcb.

The pedal it's working but it's giving just a single repeat. Well actually it's not just a single repeat but the feedback is pratically inaudible except for the first, still low, repetition. I can even tell the modulating it's working but by now this thing it is a useless pedal. I really don't know what the issue can be. I already tried to substitute the chips.
3 things to note in the photo:
I swapped the lm324 with a tl074 to see if i can get any change, but nothing.
D2 it's in reverse to what the pcb tell. I reversed it to try to align to what the build guide says but that still not was the fault.
In the place of R7 there are 2 resistor in parallel that i tested to be 8K (required value is 8.2k, but i don't think that's the problem again)

Please note that the mix and the feedback pots are maxed out in this audio sample.

And here are my voltage:

I had a similar problem. Are your 1u caps tantalum or mlcc? I swapped my tantalums out and cleared it right up.
I think I have mixed tantalum, polyester and multilayer. Which you advise to use? I didn't think that different type of non polarized caps could make all this difference. Thanks. I have another Dark Rift board that I still have to wire and box, let's see if I have the same problem on that one

I used polyester caps and did not have any troubles.

Have you verified that every resistor and cap are the correct values? That should have been your first step apart from checking all your solder joints
Yes they are correct :( Wait, I'm not sure if I used tantalum caps and I realized that if I have used them, I didn't knew they were polarized.
I'll order a bunch of non polarized 1uf and try to swap them. Thanks guys

Update: C8 it's now 1n but the only thing that changed is that the repetition volume is louder. And i checked that my 1Uf caps are not polarized. :( It's the first time I'm getting so many trouble on a PCB
