DC power breakout

Hi all,

I'm working on a multi-channel looper switch with switchable buffers on each channel. Each channel has it's own board, and I'd like to provide filtered power from the DC jack. My idea is to make a little breakout board at the DC jack, but I'm not exactly sure how to wire it, and how much filtering to do.

This is what I've come up with so far. Am I way off track, or will this work? Thanks!

Maybe I haven’t had my coffee yet this morning, but doesn’t the far right line short the ground and -9v?
That's kinda what I was thinking, but I wasn't sure. I've been trying to adapt schematics for pedal power to this use case, which is a little different, and just enough so that I'm unsure if it's correct.

Thanks!
