De la Terre à la Lune (Moonshot)

Here's my build of the Moonshot, with Jules Verne inspired graphics.
Pretty nice tremolo, simple and effective.
I tried a couple of LDR (courtesy of @thewintersoldier, thanks!) but settled on the recommended 5516 which offered the more balanced attack and response IMO.
I went against some design rules I habitually follow and made the pot labels not super legible, but I wanted to use a vintage distressed font and let the graphics shine as I found that 1877 illustration for the book really nice.
The only thing that went wrong is a slight drilling error that leaves the bypass LED a bit off-center to the left.

Not sure this will be the one to make it to my board. Eager to see the new fully-loaded harmonic tremolo @PedalPCB is cooking, might be the one, as I liked the Pendulum but sold it to build and try other options. The search is still on.

Excellent graphical choice !

My dad (whom I found out was really not just a couple years ago) was French-Canadian, and migrated to the US with his family in 1909. I remember him teaching me to count in French, and random phrases.

It seems you have quite the interesting family story!
Research shows that about 900K French-Canadians left for the New England area between 1840 and 1930, with about half eventually returning. First because farm lands were getting scarce, and then to work in factories.
