Did my older Dirty sanchez's have the LED marked wrong?

Am I doing something wrong, or is the older Dirty sanchezs PCB marked with the LED the wrong way? Anyone else have this issue. I have been very frustrated trying to get any of the DS pcb's to light up thier LEDs.
