Diptrace footprint PT2399 for SOIC 16?

Howdy, anyone can help me where I find a Diptrace library part / footprint for smd 2399 with SOIC 16 size?
Looking at using the Tayda smd 2399 like these:

I recently discovered Ultralibrarian when looking for footprints. I use Eagle and not Diptrace, but you may be able to convert it or something.

Just make one? Probably easier and less time than looking around for one.

Not sure if I’ll have any computer time today but if I do I’ll work one up.

Just duplicate the existing PT2399 component in the Component Editor and change the pattern to a SOIC-16 footprint.

All of the pin assignments should just fall in place, but at most you might have to rename them to match.
