Distorted delay in Cataclysm

I've been working on a Cataclysm delay, and it's giving me some weird distortion when I engage the delay. With the tone rolled all the way back, most of the distortion is hidden, but that's not a great solution. Does anyone know what might cause a problem like this?

Are you grounding the input when testing? I notice you don't have any wires soldered up top. Also, trying a second PT2399 isn't a bad idea.

I've been using the testing platform -- https://www.pedalpcb.com/product/pcb365/
That should ground everything correctly, right?

I'll try to get another PT2399 to see if that fixes it!

That's just to rule it out. Sometimes the op-amps can be noisy as well. To find out where the noise is introduced you may want to audio probe the signal path. At least pins 1 & 7 of the TL072 and 14 & 15 of the PT2399. Also, does the MIX control affect the distortion?
