So, I’ve finally go this thing finalized with jacks, switch3s, etc. but I have zero delay signal.
What I’ve done:
1. Checked the frequency on pin 2 of the v3102. It is stuck at 5.8kHz and the trimmer does nothing.
2. Checked the v3102 in another delay - works fine
3. Voltages look correct - about 3.5-4V on the pins where they should be.
4. Made sure the pin headers are solid - good
5. Bypass works just fine: slight bump in volume from bypassed guitar to effect on
6. Tried the v3205 chips in the other delay (aquaboy with mn3205) - none passed any delay signal.
7. Made sure the clock and delay pins were seated in the sockets.
8. Turning the Bias and Cancel trimmers didn’t do anything.
I’m wondering if there is an issue with the clock area. Or I have two dead v3205 (strange - never been used and came from either SBP or cabin tech). If you have any ideas where to start looking, I’d appreciate it. Thanks everyone (no pictures right now as I’m away from my bench)
