Do PCB's already have the LED resistor included on them?

I'm working on my first few builds and I have read that you always need a resistor in series with your LED. Do the purchased boards from PedalPCB always have the resistors included on the board? Or should I always be adding one that isn't listed on the build sheets?

It’s always in this area of the schematic (number may not always be R100). Pedalpcb always calls this out as 4k7. But you can experiment depending on what led you use and how much brightness you like.
