Douole Pendulum Mono -> Stereo wiring

Just looking to see if I have my inputs wired properly for the Double Pendulum Trem. First time doing anything stereo and I’m in over my head now.

Necro-reviving as I'm (finally) going to get to my Double Pendulum build and would be immensely grateful for a diagram on how to wire for both Stereo In/Stereo Out and Mono In/Stereo Out. I have 4 enclosed TRS jacks that appear to be the same tape as OP. Abundant thanks in advance!
