Dual Pedal Master footswitch wiring

Hello everyone, I've been trying to finish up this 2 in 1 pedal with a footswitch to toggle between true bypass and the effects and a toggle switch to swap between a "clean channel" fumble boost and a "dirty channel" m800 overdrive. I installed the fumble boost first and was able to get it working with the true bypass toggle. However, after I added the m800, I am only able to get sound during true bypass and no longer get sound in the clean or dirty channel. I was wondering if this is the proper wiring as I assumed I just had to switch the input and output from the effects to the master switch? Otherwise I can start tracing down a short somewhere.

I'm also only able to get down to 5.3V for Q2 but every other trim pot seems fine. I don't know if this is an indication of a wrong component or if this just occurs with tolerances?

Thanks for the help in advance!

Here’s what I would do. Put the in and out jacks to the middle lugs. Then put board 1 in and outs on the top 2 lugs and board 2 in the bottom set of lugs.
Tried this and realized that the switch must have melted at some point when soldering it making it not work. I swapped it out and seems to be working fine now. I still can't get Trim 2 to 4.5V though but that might not be a huge issue. I'll leave this open for another day or so then consider it solved

Check all your part values. It could always be a transistor out of spec but SMDs I’ve found to be far more consistent than thru holes. Maybe a heat damaged trim pot? Last ditch after all the above would be to swap out the transistor itself.
