Easiest way to toggle multiple effects on / off?

So I want to set up a small pedalboard for a performance coming up in a few months. I'm not going to get to use any of my personal amps, so I can't access things like effects loops, etc. I've got "input" from my signal chain and that's it.

For most of the performance I'm going to want to run

Guitar -> OD/Distortion pedal -> Amp

For the solo I'm going to need to go to:

Guitar -> OD/Distortion pedal -> Chorus -> Delay -> Amp

After the solo I'm back to:

Guitar -> OD/Distortion pedal -> Amp

So I basically need a set up where I can toggle the Chorus and Delay on and off with one switch. I was thinking I could do this with a couple of A/B boxes - but was wondering if there was a more elegant way to do it

For example:

Guitar -> OD/Distortion pedal -> A/B Box 1 Input

A/B Box 1 A -> A/B Box 2 A

A/B Box 1 B -> Chorus -> Delay -> A/B Box 2 B

A/B Box 2 Output (essentially flipped) -> Amp

That way you'd just have to Toggle A/B Box 1 to add the Chorus / Delay and then drop them. Thoughts?

This would do the trick if you wanted an actual pcb to do it. You would just put your chorus and delay in a single loop after your dirt pedals that you could then turn on/off with the foot switch. You could also definitely wire up a single loop with a foot switch in an enclosure without a pcb pretty easily.

Normally I'm against batteries,but they have their place and I'd still want LED indication.

For something as simple as this, you could go battery-powered for the LED and the battery would last for AGES, especially if you make sure it's off when storing the pedal.

You could even use a rechargeable, 'cause there's no circuit depending on the juice, just the miserly draw of the LED when engaged.

You might get hooked on having the switcher, though, so I'd still build it with a pedalboard friendly 9v-jack *(and retain the battery clip).

You could, as was already suggested, ditch the switcher and just keep the delay and chorus close together — you just need the appropriate footwear.

Only 1 amp? Just build a little single bypass looper or put them close together so you can hit both switches at once :ROFLMAO: (this is easiest for me because my feet are wide ang big) slope game

Guitar -> OD/Distortion -> Bypass Looper Input
Bypass Looper A -> Amp
Bypass Looper B -> Chorus -> Delay -> Amp
With this setup, you can switch the Chorus and Delay on and off with one footswitch, making it easy to go back and forth between your main sound and your solo setup.
