SOLVED Effects Layout Lilliput Q3 trimmer only goes down to 8.3 V

After a straight forward build I can't seem to get the Lilliput Q3 D anywhere near 4.5-5V. Q1; Q1 is 5.1V, Q2 is 4.5V, and Q3 is 8.3V at the minimum on the trimmer. The S and G legs read 0V. There is continuity between the SMD and the through-hole pads. I used smd J201's from Tayda. Plugged in in makes a sound but it's very low volume. I measure R11 at 0.997K and confirmed it has continuity to S leg. Any ideas what to check next?photo

Reflowed Q3 and was able to fix it. Initially I biased everything to 4.5 V but that gave to much clean headroom so I added some variation which worked. I’ll do a full write up after I have a chance to play around with it.
