Electronic Audio Experiments PCBs

I have not but I considered the reverb fuzz one. I’ll get to it after I clear my massive backlog…
 
I built the Beholder, and I know I’ve seen at least one build report here on the forums, not my thing but it’s a fun noisemaker on a well laid out PCB. There’s gold is the build doc though - @dunkindonuts details the design thought process, front to back, beginning to end, so even if the sound isn’t your thing you’ll still probably pick up some ideas/tricks/info from that section.
 
great input! thanks for chiming in. I loved builidng God City Instruments stuff for the same reason. I felt the Build Docs gave great insight into the circuit and the notes explained very well how to manipulate the circuit (also, kurt ballou is a engineering genius and one of my personal heros).

Wow his documentation is cool. He did it all in LATEX. That's pretty awesome.
 
Thanks folks. I'm glad people appreciate the DIY stuff. That side of the operation is somewhat neglected at the moment because I've been busy with new designs, but we have a few things on the backburner which I really need to get out. I've been sitting on a Maestro Fuzztain PCB for a hot minute now and just haven't finished the documentation.

Glad you like it! I spent years in school learning LaTeX, so it's only reasonable that I keep using it. It's how I typeset our manuals as well.

After everyones very positive comments, and glancing through the build docs, I think I am going to grab both PCBs. Can't wait to see what else you got cookin on the backburner! Keep up the great work!
 
@dunkindonuts i watched jhs show on the Sending v2. Looks like an amazing pedal and I can see how much work it’s been for you over the years. Is that going to be a limited release or are you planning to continue stocking that?

That's a holdover from when USPS to Australia was just 1000% fucked. Things seem better now so we'll turn it back on!

Thanks! I put in way too much work not to keep making it. It'll be available as much as possible and is going to stay in the lineup for as long as Xvive will sell us MM3005s. In fact I'm trying to figure out what other products we can use the motherboard for so we can produce it in higher volume and get better bulk pricing on the processor, PSU, etc. It's a beast.
