Emu Amp Sim.... Low Volume, Clean Mode, Tweed only

Hello everyone. This is more a question on whether this is normal or not. I have just build this simulator. All works perfectly however when in CLEAN MODE, and I select Tweed mode, the volume halves. Doen't happen in any other mode.. Is this normal???

What I have done...
I found I had two resistors which were incorrect values. So fixed that.... Re flowed all joints... Replaced Tweed Mode Switch, Checked all values of capacitors.

Is there a particular resistor/capacitor value that I can change to bring this tweed volume up in Clean mode?

Guidance would be appreciated.

Can anyone perhaps tell me if this is normal for Emu Sim or should I keep looking for an issue????

I just built one and find the Tweed setting significantly lower than other two. And I mod switch doesn’t change much, in tweed.
