Since they were easily available, I got some of the SOT-23 packaged LND250s from the site, planning on making a crossed wire adapter to change the source and gate positions to match the through hole configuration. But, the board does have SMT pads, and both transistors share the same pin out in SOT… so it’s tempting to just solder the 250 in place. From my mediocre understanding of the data sheets, it looks like a clean substitution, but can anyone that has more confidence in their spec knowledge comment? My plan originally was to try it with the 250 plugged in, and then when 150s are available (looks like about a year, at least from the suppliers I checked) plug that in. However, if they are truly interchangeable, I’ll just solder it in.
