Eyeball Geniuses, What Are These Values?

I feel like y'all have cracked tougher nuts than this... :)

This is the first of three Ge transistor stages in Ed Sanner's new Fuzzrites- I think Q2 and Q3 are the original two transistors, and this first stage provides more volume and some coloration. I could be wrong, but that's what it looks like.

I think the carbon film in the bottom right might be 470K, but I can't tell exactly what the band colors are in the metal film resistors. Can't see any writing on the orange electro, unfortunately. Since it may be hard to know these values for sure... what makes the most sense for a front-of-circuit Ge boost stage? Doin' my best here, as I'm clearly not a tracer...

Well it's definitely a Russian Ge transistor. But 8701 isn't the type - maybe a date mark?
Thanks @HamishR - in the other pics it looks like they might be MP40a. I don’t think the exact transistor matters too much here, but I’d love to figure out the values of these two resistors and the electro!

If no one can tell what values these might be visually, maybe you can venture to guess what kind of a gain stage this is? From there it might be clearer what Q1’s B-to-ground and E-to-ground resistors might be, as well as the E-to-ground electro… Is the top one Red/Orange/Blue/Orange/Brown maybe..? My rods and cones are all outta whack, Jerry.
