This looks like it could possibly be a 3D render to me.

I had a similar feeling for a moment. These photos are very sterile. Zero imperfections.

i think you could be right. I don't see the silver pattern on these online store photos, but they are lower res. Also, I can't see it in this image from the cornerstone website.

its definitely there in this youtube video, but the autofocus doesn't always bring it out.

I don't think it's as pronounced in real life, but I'm convinced those highly detailed images are renders.
