Hey I could use a hand troubleshooting my nobelium. It’s been working great for several years now but I’ve had issues the past few nights.
I’ve started getting a farty distortion on the lowest notes after about 30 minutes of being plugged in. I was using the 1/4”out.
The issue seems to be interment. Tonight I unplugged the power for a few seconds to let the caps discharge and plugged it back it. That fixed it and got me through the show. It was not unplugged long enough to let the tubes cool.
Any pointer to what I should check for first. Unfortunately I’m on tour right now and don’t have access to any of my test equipment. Im going to try a tube swap if I can find some along my route
