Fat Piggy doesn’t oink

Hi all, grateful for any help. No effect when switching on Fat Piggy. LED is it, bypass signal ok. 9.76v on input, zero readings heading into/coming out of 3pdt. Second attempt for this build. I was putting in a new 3pdt on the first attempt and lifted a pad so purchased a new board. Got the same results of no effect on both attempts.
