SOLVED Fornicus Overdrive Threshold issue

i recently finished this project the Fornitus Overdrive but i have an issue
seems to work the volume , hi-cut and Drive i hear the differences when turn the potentiometers but i did not hear any differences while i turn the Threshold potentiometer (only i see some changes at led) also no hear any differences when i turn on or off the Sag switch and the Weight switch (no hearing heavy or light at my sound).
you have any idea about this problem

I’m guessing it has to do with the position of the trimmer. I’m not 100% why it’s here but It looks like it either dumps the IC before it to ground or passes it to the threshold pot. I’m guessing you adjust it by ear try it in the middle and go from there.

Many thanks my friend but I have tried adjusting the trimmer and nothing happens , no hearing any difference.

What instrument do you use? My passive bass struggles to get the crackle. I need a booster before it. For guitar no Problem.

I use an guitar . I hear also and alot of hiss and blow .

Finally i replaced all the transistors and the pedal works fine now . Thanks for the help
