I built the Arachnid and with the volume maxed it barely gets to unity level. Would I need to raise or lower the 100k volume pot to get more volume?

Is this the newer version with the rotary switch, or the older version with the ATTINY?

There should be enough volume on tap with that one.... Double check the values of C13, C14, R10, R11, and R12.
R12 should be 100 ohms, not 100K.

If all of this checks out to be correct you can increase the value of R11 (22K) for more output volume.

I have the same issue but with the newer one with the rotary. R11 is currently 100K. Should I increase or decrease R11 for more output?
